Summit Park Between Ludington and Pentwater on Lake Michigan

Follow the sandy path down to the beach and enjoy swimming or sunning on a hot summer day. Because it’s a little off the beaten path, you may find less crowds, affording you more privacy.
As with many other parks, there is playground equipment a shelter/pavilion, and restrooms. Summit Park also has a sports field for baseball or softball.
Directions:
From Ludington, take Old 31 Highway across the PM River, and turn right on Iris Road. Follow Iris to the “T” in the road, and turn left onto S. Lakeshore Drive. Follow past the Pumped Storage Project, and shortly after Meisenheimer Road, Summit Park will be on your right.
